• All prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST 5% on spices) unless expressly specified otherwise.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices or discontinue items without prior notification.
• Weights displayed are net packaging weights at the time of packing.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

When you place an order with Miss Sizzler:

• You warrant that all payment details provided are legitimate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument.
• Online payments are processed securely via accredited third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). Sizzler Agro Foods Pvt Ltd does not store your raw credit card, debit card, or banking credentials on our local servers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or inability to deliver to the destination pin code.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Products are dispatched across India via reputed logistics and courier partners. Delivery times and shipping fees are detailed in our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy. While we strive to deliver within 3–7 business days, unexpected transit delays due to weather, regulatory checks, or festive surges remain beyond our direct control.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

All eligible product returns, cancellations, and monetary reimbursements are governed strictly by our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trade names, trademarks, logos, photographs, pack designs, and copy on this website — including the trademark "Miss Sizzler" and tagline "Spicy Celebrations" — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sizzler Agro Foods Pvt Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Sizzler Agro Foods Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, adverse allergic reactions (where spice allergens are disclosed), or temporary website service outages.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
